  • YOU HAVE VALIDATED THE CURRENT SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES PRIOR TO SUBMISSION - NOTE: Entering an invalid or incomplete address (e.g. missing house number, missing Suite or Apartment number, entering a PO box and street address on the same order) will cause your order to go into a 'HOLD' state until correct data is provided and this may take a few weeks prior to review.
  • YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS THAT CAN TAKE (AT LEAST) 5-10 DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPPING AND HAVE SELECTED THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING RATE BASED ON KNOWING THAT FASTER SHIPPING DOESN'T MEAN FASTER DELIVERY OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS
  • DUE TO THE AUTOMATIC ORDER FULFILLMENT WITH VENDORS THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INCORRECT ITEMS TO INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF OUR TEAM TO MAKE CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS TO YOUR ORDER.
  • WE CANNOT APPLY DISCOUNT CODES TO ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY COMPLETED IN THE SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING
